Creamy Goat Cheese Dip

Mild, creamy dip with a hint of goat cheese tang. Perfect with Curried Beet Chips or any crudite or chips, or as a spread on sandwiches.

Makes about 3/4 cup.
Ingredients
1/2 cup creme fraiche
3 Tablespoons goat cheese
3 Tablespoons half-n-half or heavy cream
2 Tablespoons thinly sliced chives
Instructions
1. Combine the creme fraiche, goat cheese and cream in a medium bowl, using a spoon or rubber spatula to blend well. Stir in the chives.
Serve with Curried Beet Chips or any other veggies or chips.
Notes:
You can make this up to 3 days ahead and store it covered in the refrigerator.
